When a Celebrity's tragedy is the main business: Case Mindy McCready.

Let us see this "Conservative" case:
Mindy McCready

Malinda Gayle "Mindy" McCready (born November 30, 1975) is an American country music singer. Active since 1995, she has recorded a total of five studio albums. Her debut album, 1996's Ten Thousand Angels, was released on BNA Records and was certified 2× Multi-Platinum by the RIAA, while 1997's If I Don't Stay the Night was certified Gold. 1999's I'm Not So Tough, her final album for BNA, was less successful, and she left the label. A self-titled fourth album followed in 2002 on Capitol Records. Overall, McCready's four studio albums have accounted for 12 singles on the Billboard country singles charts. This figure includes the Number One hit "Guys Do It All the Time", as well as the Top Ten hits "Ten Thousand Angels" and "A Girl's Gotta Do (What a Girl's Gotta Do)." Although she has not charted a single since 2002, McCready has received significant media coverage regarding personal events in her life. McCready's critically acclaimed fifth studio album, I'm Still Here, was released in March 2010 on Iconic Records and is available on Amazon & iTunes. McCready has sold over 3 million albums according to the RIAA. Born Malinda Gayle McCready in Fort Myers, Florida, McCready began...

Mindy McCready Sues Former Boyfriend for $3 Million
Published June 08, 2006 Associated Press

NASHVILLE, TENN. – Mindy McCready has sued her former boyfriend for $3 million, claiming he beat her last year and that the incident hurt her music career.

McCready, who had a No. 1 hit in 1996, "Guys Do It All the Time," sued last month in Davidson County Circuit Court, The Tennessean newspaper reported Thursday. The lawsuit claims the alleged assault hindered the 30-year-old country singer's ability to book performances and other work.

William McKnight is facing charges of attempted murder and breaking into McCready's home and beating her severely in May 2005.

"One of the problems is that, literally, venues worried about whether ... McKnight would show up and someone would get hurt," McCready spokesman Paul Berg said. "It's been very interesting to see how difficult it's been to even put her someplace to do a free show to raise money."

McKnight is employed, his attorney, John Norris, said Thursday, but doesn't have the amount of money that McCready is asking for. The lawsuit says McKnight is living in Brandon, Fla.

"The $3 million is out of proportion to any actual damages she actually sustained," Norris said.

Berg said McCready is "not expecting to get anything out of this. Many people have to file civil litigation to set the record straight, whether or not they collect."

Norris said McKnight was disappointed by the lawsuit. "Based on the circumstances of this relationship, it's hard to understand where she came up with that figure," he said.

Berg said the $3 million was derived from both lost potential income and the emotional trauma McCready endured.

McCready's legal problems began before the alleged attack.

In 2004, she pleaded guilty to fraudulently obtaining OxyContin at a Brentwood pharmacy. She was also arrested and charged with drunken driving and still faces that charge and another for violating probation.

Last July, McCready learned she was wanted in Arizona for her involvement with an alleged con man, but the charges were dropped in November.

McCready is raising her 2-month-old son, Zander. She claims McKnight is the father.

If the singer wins her lawsuit, any money collected will go into a trust fund for her son, Berg said.

It might have not provided any benefit to her but the scandal was certainly profitable for the vultures that fed on her tragedy. She was in a delicate state and did not need to make public her strange disgrace.

She did not have any Academic protection from the criminal media. Or any mental health protection and she was clearly not suitable to be a celebrity in that condition. She received great harm and was seriously damaged by the media. She tried to commit suicide and a news about that follows:

Mindy McCready To Judge: Shut My Mom Up!

Mindy McCready is asking a judge to muzzle her mom, who has been yakking to the media that she tried committing suicide yesterday.

McCready was taken to the hospital yesterday after her mom called 911. Mindy says her mom gave her four Darvocet pills for pain. But later her mom claimed Mindy had tried committing suicide and had tried taking her life before.

In Mindy's legal docs ... obtained by TMZ ... the singer claims her mom is disseminating "erroneous information to the media ... to sabotage her reunification efforts with her son."

Mindy and her mom are fighting over custody of the boy.

Mindy wants a gag order, stat, so her mom will stop talking.

And, according to the docs, Mindy wants to strip her mom of custody because she fears for the kid's safety. Mindy wants her dad to get custody while she gets back on her feet.

UPDATE: TMZ just spoke with Tim McCready, who says it's not up to him if he gets custody of the kid -- but he would be stoked if that happened because he says, "I love my grandson, he's a super kid."

UPDATE 7:30PM PDT: Mindy's attorney tells TMZ the judge rejected their request for a gag order, and the request to strip custody from her mother.

Here we have a clear case of information about a celebrity that the artist does NOT want to be published. I call that NEWS RAPE and we can clearly see that the News Rape is being executed by TMZ.

I remind people that I offered an Academic System where there is no news about ANY celebrity that the celebrity does not authorize personally to stop News Rape that can cause severe damage to the mental health of the celebrity of the fans of the celebrity.

After all the Scandal that the News Rape caused her mental health deteriorated even more.

She did not have sources of income and was severely mentally ill. There was something even worse than News Rape that she had to worry about. Let us see more about that News Rape case with her mother:
Mindy McCready’s failed suicide attempt
Posted by: Shekhar Hooli Published: Thursday, May 27, 2010, 15:43 [IST]

Melbourne (ANI): Singer Mindy McCready, who released a sex tape, tried to kill herself by taking a near lethal dose of prescription pills, her mother has revealed. In an interview with RadarOnline, a devastated Gayle McCready Inge even admitted covering up for her troubled 34-year-old daughter.

Inge said McCready, who remains in a Florida hospital, has admitted she attempted to take her own life with an amphetamine drug, used to treat obsessive-compulsive disorder. Inge said her daughter also admitted to taking Darvocet and another muscle relaxer. McCready, 34, had earlier this month released a sex tape which detailed her affair with New York Yankees legend Roger Clemens and a new album 'I'm Still Here".

“I asked Mindy how many pills did you take. She said maybe 25. I said that"s it, and that"s when I called emergency services," the Daily Telegraph quoted Inge as saying. “Mindy told emegency services that she absolutely didn"t care if she lost her life. My daughter is very, very sick," she added.

However, there are conflicting reports whether or not McCready left a suicide note. Inge said her daughter left a confession on her computer, but a search has so far failed to find it. A Cape Coral Hospital spokeswoman said McCready remains in a "good condition" and is resting, after being admitted last night.

If there was a note it would have the reasons why she decided to kill herself and it would have included the News Rape and the Sex Video she did not want published... So it was "disappeared" and no one knows why the testimony does not match the facts...

At the age of 37, devastated by News Rape and a sex video that practically ruined all her future as an old lady, she decides she had lost everything and had no future at all, so being as sick as she was, she killed herself:
Commits Suicide

The Cleburne County Sheriff’s Office released a statement this evening that reads:

"At 3:31 PM, Sunday, February 17th Deputies from the Cleburne County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to a report of gun shots fired in the area of 1132 Fox Chase Drive in Heber Springs. Officers arrived on the scene at 3:58 PM and discovered the body of 37 year old Melinda Gayle McCready on the front porch of the residence at 1132 Fox Chase. Ms. McCready was pronounced dead at the scene from what appears to be a single self-inflicted gunshot wound. At this time family members have been notified of the incident. Ms. Mcready will be transported to the Arkansas State Crime Lab for an autopsy and the matter will be fully investigated."

Troubled country music star Mindy McCready was found dead Sunday of an apparent suicide ... this according to various reports. She was 37.

A source close to McCready tells TMZ ... McCready shot herself and her dog. Neighbors reported hearing the two gunshots.

We're told McCready had been a mess since the father of her youngest child, record producer David Wilson, was found dead in his home on January 13 of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.

McCready's two children were removed from her home by a judge on February 6 and she was committed to a treatment facility for a mental-health and alcohol-abuse evaluation. She was released two days later.

McCready had attempted suicide twice before -- once in 2005 and again in 2008. She also made several trips to rehab and appeared in 2010 on the VH1 reality show "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew."

Every tragedy in her life was a profitable business for the criminal media that did News Rape on her. She was used and abused till she was destroyed. She even talks about that and I will show it later. Her fault was probably that she was not profitable as a sex toy or prostitute and she was then converted into a tortured celebrity star or tragic show.

I am going to show you conclusive evidence that Mindy was clearly not prepared for media coverage and that she was in such a delicate mental state that she should have been removed from the media for the sake of her life a long time before she committed suicide. Instead the criminal media raped her as much as they could until she died.
Mindy McCready dead at 37 just weeks after boyfriend David Wilson's death
Published February 18, 2013

Mindy McCready, who hit the top of the country charts before personal problems sidetracked her career, has died. She was 37.

Waren Olmstead, the coroner in Cleburne County, Ark., said in a statement McCready died Sunday apparently of a single, self-inflicted gunshot wound. An autopsy is pending.

McCready's rep said the singer's friends were planning a memorial for her.

"To complement formal family arrangements, preliminary plans are being made by Mindy's 'friends in music' to organize a memorial in Nashville in the coming days," Kat Atwood said in a statement sent to FOX 411.

Just last month David Wilson, McCready’s boyfriend and the father of her 9-month-old son Zayne, was found dead on the same porch where McCready's body was found. His death also was investigated as a suicide.

McCready entered court-ordered rehab earlier this month after her father told a judge she was no longer taking care of herself or her children and was abusing drugs and alcohol. Her sons were put in foster care at the time, but it's not clear where Zander and Zayne were at the time of McCready's suicide.

Wilson's passing struck McCready hard. She issued a statement last month lamenting his death. She called him her soulmate and a caregiver to her sons in an interview with NBC's "Today." She said she'd never gone through anything as painful as his passing.

"I just keep telling myself that the more suffering that I go through, the greater character I`ll have," she said, according to a transcript of the interview.

News of McCready's death spread quickly Sunday night on Twitter with major country stars paying their respects to Nashville's onetime darling.

"Too much tragedy to overcome. R.I.P Mindy McCready," wrote Natalie Maines of The Dixie Chicks.

And Jason Aldean added: "Just heard about Mindy McCready. My thoughts and prayers are with her 2 boys and her family."

Melinda Gayle McCready arrived in Nashville in 1994 still in her teens with tapes of her karaoke vocals and earned a recording contract with BNA Records.

In 1996, her "Guys Do It All the Time" hit No. 1 and its dig at male chauvinism endeared her to females. Her other hits included "Ten Thousand Angels," also in 1996, and her album by that title sold 2 million copies.

She would spend the next 15 years chasing another hit as personal problems began plaguing her in 2004. Her problems would include a custody battle with her mother over one of her sons, an overdose and discord in her love life.

McCready took her older son Zander from her mother and the boy's legal guardian, Gayle Inge, in late 2011. She fled to Arkansas without permission over what she called child abuse fears. Authorities eventually found McCready hiding in a residence without permission and took the boy into custody.

In May 2010, she was hospitalized briefly after police responded to an overdose call at a home in North Fort Myers, Fla., owned by her mother. This followed a stint on "Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew," where she declared herself clean from drugs. She is the fifth celebrity appearing on that show to have died.

In 2004, she was charged with obtaining the painkiller OxyContin fraudulently at a pharmacy. She pleaded guilty and was placed on three years' probation.

She violated the probation with a drunken driving arrest in May 2005. A few days after that arrest, she was beaten and her boyfriend at the time was charged with attempted criminal homicide. Then she attempted suicide in July 2005, overdosed in September 2005 and slit her wrists again in December 2008.

Also that year, McCready was charged in Arizona with hindering prosecution and unlawful use of transportation. Those charges stemmed from an alleged attempt in June 2005 to purchase two high performance boats, but she claimed she was trying to stop a con man.

In July 2007, she was arrested in her hometown of Fort Myers, Fla., on misdemeanor charges of scratching her mother on the face during a scuffle and resisting sheriff's deputies.

She made headlines again in April 2008 when she acknowledged a longtime relationship with baseball great Roger Clemens. Published reports at the time said she met the pitcher at a Florida karaoke bar when she was 15 and he was 28 and married.

In June 2008, McCready was arrested and charged with violating her probation, specifically falsifying her community service records relating to the 2004 drug charge. A month later, she entered an extended care facility for undisclosed treatment, and followed that with a 60-day jail sentence in the Williamson County jail.

Growing up in Fort Myers, she took seven years of private vocal lessons and later sang in karaoke bars.

After getting her recording contract, she did concert appearances with top country stars including George Strait, Tim McGraw and Alan Jackson.

Her other singles included "Maybe He'll Notice Her Now," "A Girl's Gotta Do (What a Girl's Gotta Do)" and "You'll Never Know."

In 1998, she was engaged to actor Dean Cain, but they never married.

If there had been Academic oversight of that celebrity show would have been not only protected from News Rape but also she would have been seen unfit to be a celebrity and that could have saved her life and provided a healthier mental health to her and her fans as well.

One of the reasons why she could have been targeted by criminal media to use her as a tortured celebrity is because she stood up for the feminist cause with her song. All the other tragedies could have been provoked by the mafia in an effort to destroy her.

The saddest thing is the way the media raped her. News about her personal life that she never authorized at all that devastated not only her friends (which could have led to the suicide of her friend provided he did suicide) but it had devastated her sanity.

It's totally horrible and inhumane how the criminal media rape celebrities for profit in the United States. She needed help, she had to be removed from the media to be able to heal, she was not removed, the media destroyed her sanity until she committed suicide or perhaps was killed, the point is she ended her days as a very profitable tragedy for the rape media.
Country star Mindy McCready dead at 37 of apparent suicide
By Ed Payne and Ed Lavandera, CNN
February 19, 2013 -- Updated 1629 GMT (0029 HKT)

(CNN) -- They seemed so triumphant at the time, the lyrics to country music star Mindy McCready's hope-filled title track to her most recent album, "I'm Still Here."

"On a cold dark cloud, with nowhere to fall but down, like a single, naked, unrelenting tear ... I'm still here."
Now, those words sound like a cry for help.

On Sunday afternoon, McCready, whose turbulent personal life overshadowed her music, was found dead on the front porch of her Arkansas home, the victim, authorities said, of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

She was 37.

McCready also appears to have shot and killed a dog that belonged to her late boyfriend, record producer David Wilson, before shooting herself, Cleburne County Sheriff Marty Moss said Monday.

McCready is fifth 'Celebrity Rehab' cast member to die in two years (Link)

Moss added that it appeared McCready was home alone.

McCready leaves behind two sons, 6-year-old Zander and 10-month-old Zayne.
"Zayne and Zander are loved, cared for and comfortable with foster families at this time," her representative told CNN in a statement.

The boys are in foster homes, the representative told CNN.

Just a month earlier, police had paid another visit to the house in Heber Springs.

On that day, they found Wilson, the infant's father, dead on the porch.

It has been reported that he also committed suicide by shooting himself, but Arkansas authorities say it's still an open investigation.

"We're currently still gathering information in regards to Mr. Wilson's case and Ms. McCready's case," Moss said. "When we're able to lay all that out there, we will do so at that time."

Just a few weeks ago, a sobbing McCready appeared on NBC's "Today" show and denied she had anything to do with Wilson's death.

"Oh, my God, no. Oh, my God, no," she said. "He was my life. We were each other's life."

After Wilson's death, McCready took a turn for the worse. Her father pushed for her to be committed to a mental institution.

The father of her oldest son, Billy McKnight, tried to regain custody of Zander.

Court papers say "McKnight is concerned about McCready's psychological state" and "has grave concerns for the welfare and safety" of Zander.

Spiraling downward

Born Malinda McCready, she burst onto the music scene in 1996 with her debut album, "Ten Thousand Angels."

It sold more than 2 million copies. Her chart-topping hit "Guys Do It All The Time" followed that same year.

In all, she put 14 songs and six of her albums on the Billboard country charts.

But through it all, she was spiraling downward; the final fall was painful and precipitous.

She struggled, often publicly, with addiction and mental illness.

In 2004, McCready was placed on three years' probation after she pleaded guilty to fraudulently obtaining the painkiller OxyContin at a pharmacy.

The next year, she was arrested in Nashville for drunken driving, and was allegedly beaten and choked by ex-boyfriend Billy McKnight, who was charged with attempted murder.

"Yes, things have been going bad," she told CNN in 2005. "I think it's God's way of getting my attention, saying, 'You better wake up, girl. I have important stuff for you to do in life,' and I've definitely been preoccupied or sidetracked doing the wrong things."

Before 2005 ended, McCready had suffered two drug overdoses, was arrested on drug charges, was pregnant with McKnight's child and, authorities say, attempted suicide.

She attempted suicide again in 2008, authorities say, and overdosed again on drugs in 2010 before joining the cast of VH1's "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew." The reality show chronicles the lives of celebrities as they're treated for alcohol and drug addiction.

Celebrity rehab

Dr. Drew Pinsky said he contacted McCready last month after her boyfriend's death.

"When I heard she was struggling, I did reach out to her and urged her to go to take care of herself, get in a facility if she felt she needed," said Pinsky, who hosts a program on CNN's sister network HLN.

"Her biggest fear was the stigma of doing so and what people would think if she, God forbid, took care of herself. And this to me is the most distressing part of this story. She is a lovely woman, we have lost her, and it didn't have to go down like this."

On one episode of the show, McCready performed "I'm Still Here," dedicating it to the other cast members, who included Dennis Rodman, Heidi Fleiss and Mackenzie Phillips.

"When I was writing this song, I was in jail," the singer said tearfully. "I never knew it, but I was writing for all of you."

Custody battle

In recent years, McCready had waged a public battle for custody of her elder son, Zander, whose father is McKnight.

In 2011, she took the boy from her mother, who had legal custody, and fled with him to her home in Arkansas, saying she had concerns over his safety.

A judge ordered authorities to pick up the boy and, days later, authorities found the boy and McCready in a closet at her home.

In addition to her relationship with McKnight, McCready had romances with musician David Malloy and actor Dean Cain; she also said she had had an affair with baseball player Roger Clemens, which he didn't confirm or deny.

But Clemens did issue a statement Monday from training camp with the Houston Astros in Kissimmee, Florida. "Yes, this is sad news," he said. "I had heard over time that she was trying to get peace and direction in her life. The few times that I had met her and her manager/agent they were extremely nice."

In 2010, Vivid Entertainment released a porn video called "Mindy McCready, Baseball Mistress" that featured McCready having sex with a man referred to as "Peter" and talking about her exploits with Clemens.

Country outpouring

Sunday night, country music stars offered their condolences as they learned of McCready's death.

"My heart goes out to Mindy McCready's family. I knew her well," singer LeAnn Rimes said on Twitter. "It's a horrible tragedy. May peace be with her sons."

Carrie Underwood said she grew up listening to McCready. And country artist Terri Clark said she had had some fun times with her "back in the day."

"I hope our society shows compassion and realizes the severity and reality of mental illness, and addiction," she tweeted.

Singer Wynonna Judd posted a series of tweets also calling attention to addiction and mental illness.

"It breaks my heart what addiction continues to take from this life," she said. "Addiction is a disEASE & not a character flaw. When the pain becomes too much, it causes people to want that pain to stop. This is just so unbelieveable & so sad."

In her words

A year ago, McCready posted excerpts of a book she said was upcoming about her life. She acknowledged a difficult upbringing, personal problems and the challenges she faced turning her life around.

"I haven't had a hit in almost a decade," she wrote in January 2012 on her official fan website. "I've spent my fortune, tarnished my public view and made myself the brunt of punch line after punch line.

"I've been beaten, sued, robbed, arrested, jailed, and evicted.

"But I'm still here. With a handful of people that I know and trust, a revived determination, and both middle fingers up in the air, I'm ready. I've been here before. I'm a fighter. I'm down, but I'll never be out."

But Sunday, on the porch of her home, she may have changed her mind.

On Monday, McCready's publicist asked that the family be left alone.

"It is with the deepest sadness we say goodbye to an extraordinary and gifted talent, a daughter, a mother and friend, Miss Mindy McCready," said Kat Atwood in a statement.

"Our attention at this time is devoted to the needs and care of Mindy's family. As Mindy spent much of her life in the public eye, we respectfully request your consideration and sensitivity to enable friends and family this time of 'quiet.' "
McCready's "friends in music" are planning to organize a memorial in Nashville, she said.

This is what the criminal media did to her:

I've spent my fortune, tarnished my public view and made myself the brunt of punch line after punch line.

"I've been beaten, sued, robbed, arrested, jailed, and evicted.

Her personal tragedy turned into a profitable business without her consent, and she could not have given that consent because she was seriously mentally ill, as you have seen.

There were very strong warnings that she was very susceptible of committing suicide. Even though she was used as a torch while burning her life away in tragedy.

Let me show you the strong evidences that she was certainly not ready for the media coverage and even less unauthorized media coverage or News Rape:
The long, tortured journey of Mindy McCready
By Chelsea J. Carter, CNN

Editor's note: The following was compiled from CNN, Rolling Stone, Billboard, People and CNN affiliate reports.

(CNN) -- Mindy McCready burst onto the country music scene in 1996 with the double-platinum debut album "Ten Thousand Angels," earning her a legion of female fans for her music's sass and sensibility.

She earned her only No. 1 the same year with "Guys Do It All the Time," a smackdown at sexism. Her performance earned comparisons to crossover sensation Shania Twain.

She spent 16 years trying to recapture her chart-topping success -- only to have it undone by drugs, alcohol and a volatile love life. The 37-year-old singer died Sunday, apparently of a self-inflicted gun shot wound.

A look at McCready's long, tortured journey:

Embattled country star Mindy McCready dead at 37 of apparent suicide (Link)

McCready is arrested and charged with filling a fraudulent prescription for the pain killer OxyContin at a Nashville, Tennessee, pharmacy. Later that year, she pleads guilty and is sentenced to three years' supervised probation. She also is fined $4,000 and ordered to perform 200 hours of community service.

In May, the country singer is arrested and charged with drunken driving in Nashville. That same month, her ex-boyfriend, Billy McKnight, is charged with attempted murder after allegedly breaking in her home and beating her.

McCready testifies against McKnight, who later serves a 30-day sentence after pleading guilty to assault.

In July, she is charged with identity fraud and using her celebrity to obtain two boats under false circumstances. That same month, she is found unconscious from a drug overdose in a hotel lobby in Pinellas County, Florida.

In August, she is charged with violating her 2004 probation with a drug charge in connection with her overdose.

In September, McCready, who is pregnant with McKnight's child, is hospitalized for a drug overdose that authorities describe as an attempted suicide.

McCready is convicted on one count of driving on a suspended license in connection with her May 2005 drunk driving arrest.

In July, McCready is charged with misdemeanor battery and resisting arrest after getting into a fight with her mother. She is again charged with violating probation on a 2004 drug charge.
The country singer is sentenced in September to a year in jail, two years of probation and 200 more hours of community service for violating the terms of her 2004 probation. She is released from jail in December.

McCready is charged in June with falsifying her community service hours in connection with her 2007 probation. She is sentenced to 60 days in jail and begins serving time in September. She is released in October after serving only half the sentence.

In December, McCready attempts suicide at her Nashville-area home by slitting her wrists. She is discovered by her brother, who calls 911.

McCready goes public with her battle with drugs and alcohol, signing on to appear on the third season of "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew" alongside Mackenzie Phillips, Heidi Fleiss and Dennis Rodman. The episodes air in 2010.

During filming, McCready suffers a seizure as she detoxes from drugs and alcohol.

McCready attempts a music comeback with the release of the album "I'm Still Standing," which spawns the single "I'm Still Here."

Two months after the release of the album, she is hospitalized for what her mother tells authorities is a drug overdose on prescription medication.

The same year, Vivid Entertainment announces the release of "Mindy McCready, Baseball Mistress," a homemade sex tape starring McCready and a man identified only as "Peter" that includes her discussing an alleged affair with married pitcher Roger Clemens.

McCready wages a very public, bitter battle with her mother over custody of her son.

In November, she takes her son, Zander, from the Florida home of her mother, who had temporary legal custody of the then-5-year-old.

In early December, a judge issues an emergency "pick up" order after McCready flees to Arkansas with her son.

The two are found hiding in a closet in a home in Arkansas.

McCready and record producer David Wilson have a son, Zayne. By the end of the year, she regains custody of her eldest son, Zander.

On January 13, McCready's boyfriend, David Wilson, dies of a reported self-inflicted gunshot wound.

She enters court-ordered rehabilitation on February 6 after her two sons are taken from her and placed in foster care. She is released two days later with the understanding she will undergo outpatient care.

McCready is found dead Sunday, February 17, on the porch of her Heber Springs, Arkansas, home apparently from a single, self-inflicted gunshot wound in the same house where the man she once described as her "soulmate" reportedly took his own life.

As you can see since the year 2004 she should have been found unsuitable for fame and removed from the media on the grounds of her mental recovery. Already by the year 2005 it was extremely clear she was not ready for fame and was mentally ill. Any Academy would have removed her from the media attention for her own safety so she could have a happy family. As we know that did not happen, instead the criminal media took all the profit they could from her tragedy.

But most sick of all is the extremely perverse and insanely unethical attitude of the Mafia Group of the Prostitution Industry Vivid Entertainment, that even seeing the extremely delicate state of the person decided to rape her sexually, a simple fact that could have been the decisive factor for the loss of her life and a major blow to women in the United States.

It is extremely sick how they make a circus out of personal tragedies:

Mindy McCready is the fifth former contestant on 'Celebrity Rehab' who died within three years of appearing on the television show.

Since the country star was found after an apparent suicide at her cabin in Arkansas, the reality show that she starred in has come under increased scrutiny.

However, McCready herself was possibly under scrutiny at the time of her death. Police were reportedly planning question her about the death last month of her boyfriend David Wilson, who was shot at the same Heber Spring, Arkansas, home where McCready killed herself.

'Celebrity Rehab,' which is currently in its fifth season on VH1, is lead by Dr Drew Pinsky and features a changing cast of celebrities. Camera chronicle their journey through a 21-day rehabilitation clinic where they are treated for various drug addictions.

In addition to 37-year-old McCready, four other castmates have died because of different incidents relating to their addictions.

The most fatal of the show's seasons was the third season, since McCready's death brings the fatality count up to three out of the nine featured cast members.

It was revealed on Monday that McCready had been working on a suicide awareness video right before her death, it was revealed today.

She was very short in money, she was addicted, she was fighting for the custody of her sons. She was not well, she was extremely sick, emotionally. Now take a look at this:
Mindy McCready’s Interview From Sex Tape Revealed In-Depth
Published by CelebTea May 21, 2010 at 10:31

We got our hand on the Mindy McCready sex tape, and we have the interview in-depth. Mindy reveals information about Roger Clemens, Dean Cain, JFK JR., Alan Jackson, Oprah and the Prince of Saudi Arabia.

Let’s take you straight into the interview.

Who was Rodger Clemens any good?

She says he is alright.

Who is better Dean Cain or Rodger Clemens?

Mindy reveals Dean was better, but Roger was good whenever he could get it up

Did Rodger have a hard time getting it up all the time?

I don’t know ask his wife Mindy responded.

What about John Kennedy Junior?

That’s a funny story, Mindy revealed, I did not sleep with him, but I could have. Mindy said they met at a Yankee game when she went to watch Roger play and JFK JR. sat right beside her. She said he was a sweetheart and they exchanged numbers and spoke on the phone a few times.

She was asked if she ever joined the Mile High Club?

Mindy revealed she tried but it didn’t work. She claims, she is she too big of a girl since she is 5’9’.

She was asked, where was the strangest place her and Roger had sex?

She revealed a hot tub in his house in Palms Springs.

She was asked if Roger Clemens was well endowed?

She said he was average.

What about Dean Cain?

She said average also.

What about Alan Jackson?

She makes an orgasmic sound and says, you are not going to ask me about that.

Since Mindy was 16 when she met Roger Clemens, and Roger was 29, she was asked if she ever had sex with Roger will she was 16.

She stops before she speaks and says they didn’t’ have sex till she was 21, but then she says, the first night she met Rodger, they took a shower together and then she fell asleep watching an old movie and listening to the Sliver soundtrack.

Mindy was asked if she loves sex?

To which she reveals that she has cheated on a couple of her flings, even Roger, because she loves to have sex 5 times a day.

She was asked about her Oprah experience?

To which Mindy reveals, she thinks Oprah is a communist. Then she says, she really is a nice lady, but she works too much. She said Oprah doesn’t seem to care about people as much because she tries to do so many shows within a short time.

Mindy continued on about Alan Jackson. She said she toured with the Country Music legend when she was 17, and after the tour was over, he invited everyone to his tour bus. She sat beside Alan, and he tried to get her drunk with Jack Daniel and Coke. Mindy says, the first sip had her coughing and then she looks up on the TV and there is gay porn on the screen. 2 lesbians getting it on, and then Alan makes a move on her. He whispered in her ear, “I want to eat your Pu**y.”

Mindy also revealed, she was with the Prince of Saudi Arabia for about 2 months off and on. She never made it to the palace. She said when her mom found out, she freaked and said she might never make it back, she might get kidnapped.

At the end of the interview, she said Roger always wanted to have a kid with her, since he is over 6 feet and she is 5’9’. He said they would have a star athlete. The interviewer then asked a final question, would you have Roger Clemens baby today? Mindy stops for a second and then she says, “Yes I would.”

The interviewer also followed her to her hotel room. She didn’t want him to video tape her taking a shower, but she had no problem showing him her breasts and ass after taking a shower. From there the interviewer leaves, Mindy and her man started getting it on, using their own camera.

Porn Studio Slams Brakes
On Sex Tape

A major porn studio has pulled the plug on Mindy McCready's sex tape -- immediately ceasing all DVD distribution of the footage in the wake of the singer's suicide ... TMZ has learned.

Vivid Entertainment honcho Steve Hirsch tells TMZ, the DVD distribution freeze is effective at once and will continue indefinitely. The porn company currently has no plans to resume distribution.

The tape "Baseball Mistress" -- which features McCready and her boyfriend at the time -- was originally released by Vivid in 2010, following the singer's stint on "Celebrity Rehab." It's unclear when the actual footage was shot.

In the tape, McCready discusses her alleged affair with married MLB legend Roger Clemens ... hence the title. McCready said she never authorized the tape's release.

As for digital distribution -- Hirsch said that's harder to regulate ... but he plans to pull all digital copies of the video from the Vivid website asap.

As we reported, McCready was found dead at her home in Arkansas Sunday after suffering what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound. She was 37.

She did not authorize that tape and even if she did she was not in a mental condition to do so since she was CLEARLY severely mentally ill. No one can authorize any sex tape if under mental illness and there were very strong signs that she was very ill. That which Steve Hirsch did is a CRIME. It is a BRUTAL ACT OF RAPE on a mentally sick woman.

After all the horrors I just showed you that Mindy suffered and all the mental illness, look what Steve said:
Mindy McCready's legal action to stop sex tape
Posted by: Shekhar Hooli Published: Wednesday, March 31, 2010, 15:20 [IST]

Washington (ANI): Country music singer Mindy McCready is said to be thinking of taking legal action to stop an explicit sex tape of hers from being released by Vivid Entertainment. McCready, 34, apparently is not aware of the production of the tape titled 'Baseball Mistress', and never gave permission for its release.

“We are not aware of the production or release of the alleged film that seems to have surfaced via various media reports," Fox News quoted her attorney Adam Dread as saying in a statement. “However, we can confirm that any illegally obtained property, and/or fabricated footage, and the release thereof, will be dealt with swiftly following proper legal procedure," he stated.

However, Steven Hirsch, founder/co-chairman of Vivid Entertainment, isn't concerned about a possible lawsuit surrounding 'Baseball Mistress'. “We acquired the McCready video awhile ago and feel comfortable with our legal position to distribute it. You really have to see it to believe it," Hirsch stated. “If Mindy wants to discuss the video, she should feel free to contact me," he added.

This is extortion:

If Mindy wants to discuss the video, she should feel free to contact me

First of all, there should not be ANY video at all because in order to make a sex video first there has to be a certainty that she was in a healthy state of mind and that was CLEARLY not the case, in fact she was SEVERELY MENTALLY ILL. and to sell a sex movie of a seriously mentally ill person goes beyond any human justification other than criminal greed insanity.

And that was the story of a women raped by the criminal media, raped by the Prostitution Industry and dead for the profit of a sick and twisted Entertainment Industry.

It is interesting to see the links between the criminal Steven Hirsch and FoxNews to understand what kind of "Conservative morals" Rupert Murdoch (NewsCorps and FoxNews owner) is all about.
