When a Celebrity's tragedy
is the main business: Case Mindy McCready.
Let us see this "Conservative" case:
Malinda Gayle "Mindy" McCready (born November 30, 1975) is an
country music singer. Active since 1995, she has recorded a total of
five studio albums. Her debut album, 1996's
Ten Thousand Angels, was
released on BNA Records and was certified 2× Multi-Platinum by the RIAA,
while 1997's If I Don't Stay the Night was certified Gold. 1999's I'm
Not So Tough, her final album for BNA, was less successful, and she left
the label. A self-titled fourth album followed in 2002 on Capitol
Records. Overall, McCready's four studio albums have accounted for
singles on the Billboard country singles charts. This figure includes
the Number One hit "Guys Do It All the Time", as well as the Top Ten
hits "Ten Thousand Angels" and "A Girl's Gotta Do (What a Girl's Gotta
Do)." Although she has not charted a single since 2002,
received significant media coverage regarding personal events in her
life. McCready's critically acclaimed fifth studio album, I'm Still
Here, was released in March 2010 on Iconic Records and is available on
Amazon & iTunes. McCready has sold over 3 million albums according to
the RIAA. Born Malinda Gayle McCready in Fort Myers, Florida, McCready

McKnight is employed, his attorney, John Norris, said Thursday, but

lawsuit says McKnight is living in Brandon, Fla.
"The $3 million is out of proportion to any actual damages she actually

Berg said McCready is "not expecting to get anything out of this. Many
people have to file civil litigation to set the record straight, whether
or not they collect."
Norris said McKnight was disappointed by the lawsuit. "Based on the
circumstances of this relationship, it's hard to understand where she
came up with that figure," he said.
Berg said the $3 million was derived from both lost potential income and
the emotional trauma McCready endured.
McCready's legal problems began before the alleged attack.
In 2004, she pleaded guilty to fraudulently obtaining OxyContin at a
Brentwood pharmacy. She was also arrested and charged with
driving and still faces that charge and another for violating probation.
Last July, McCready learned she was wanted in Arizona for her
involvement with an alleged con man, but the charges were dropped in

If the singer wins her lawsuit, any money collected will go into a trust
fund for her son, Berg said.
It might have not provided any benefit to her but the scandal was certainly
profitable for the vultures that fed on her tragedy. She was in a delicate state
and did not need to make public her strange disgrace.
She did not have any Academic protection from the criminal media. Or any mental
health protection and she was clearly not suitable to be a celebrity in that
condition. She received great harm and was seriously damaged by the media. She
tried to commit suicide and a news about that follows:

McCready’s failed suicide attempt

Melbourne (ANI): Singer Mindy McCready, who released a sex tape,
to kill herself by taking a near lethal dose of prescription pills, her
mother has revealed. In an interview with RadarOnline, a devastated
Gayle McCready Inge even admitted covering up for her
Inge said McCready, who remains in a Florida hospital, has admitted she
attempted to take her own life with an amphetamine drug, used to treat
obsessive-compulsive disorder. Inge said her daughter also admitted to
taking Darvocet and another muscle relaxer. McCready, 34, had earlier
this month released a sex tape which detailed her affair with New York
Yankees legend Roger Clemens and a new album 'I'm Still Here".
“I asked Mindy how many pills did you take. She said maybe 25. I said
that"s it, and that"s when I called emergency services," the Daily
Telegraph quoted Inge as saying. “Mindy told emegency services that she
absolutely didn"t care if she lost her life.
My daughter is very, very
sick," she added.
However, there are conflicting reports whether or not McCready left a
suicide note. Inge said her daughter left a confession on her computer,
but a search has so far failed to find it. A Cape Coral Hospital
spokeswoman said McCready remains in a "good condition" and is resting,
after being admitted last night.
If there was a note it would have the reasons why she decided to kill herself
and it would have included the News Rape and the Sex Video she did not want
published... So it was "disappeared" and no one knows why the testimony does not
match the facts...
At the age of 37, devastated by News Rape and a sex video that practically
ruined all her future as an old lady, she decides she had lost everything and
had no future at all, so being as sick as she was, she killed herself:

Troubled country music star Mindy McCready was found dead Sunday of an

A source close to McCready tells TMZ ... McCready shot herself and her

We're told McCready had been a mess since the father of her youngest
child, record producer David Wilson, was found dead in his home on
January 13 of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.
McCready's two children were removed from her home by a judge on
February 6 and she was committed to a treatment facility for a
mental-health and alcohol-abuse evaluation. She was released two days
McCready had attempted suicide twice before -- once in 2005 and again in
2008. She also made several trips to rehab and appeared in 2010 on the
VH1 reality show "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew."
Every tragedy in her life was a profitable business for the criminal media that
did News Rape on her. She was used and abused till she was destroyed. She even
talks about that and I will show it later. Her fault was probably that she was
not profitable as a sex toy or prostitute and she was then converted into a
tortured celebrity star or tragic show.
I am going to show you conclusive evidence that Mindy was clearly not prepared
for media coverage and that she was in such a delicate mental state that she
should have been removed from the media for the sake of her life a long time
before she committed suicide. Instead the criminal media raped her as much as
they could until she died.
McCready dead at 37 just weeks after boyfriend David Wilson's death

Mindy McCready, who hit the top of the country charts before personal
problems sidetracked her career, has died. She was 37.
Waren Olmstead, the coroner in Cleburne County, Ark., said in a
statement McCready died Sunday apparently of a single, self-inflicted
gunshot wound. An autopsy is pending.
McCready's rep said the singer's friends were planning a memorial for
"To complement formal family arrangements, preliminary plans are being
made by Mindy's 'friends in music' to organize a memorial in Nashville
in the coming days," Kat Atwood said in a statement sent to FOX 411.
Just last month David Wilson, McCready’s boyfriend and the father of her
9-month-old son Zayne, was found dead on the same porch where McCready's
body was found. His death also was investigated as a suicide.

"I just keep telling myself that the more suffering that I go through,

McCready took her older son Zander from her mother and the boy's legal
guardian, Gayle Inge, in late 2011. She fled to Arkansas without
permission over what she called child abuse fears. Authorities
eventually found McCready hiding in a residence without permission and
took the boy into custody.
In May 2010, she was hospitalized briefly after police responded to an
overdose call at a home in North Fort Myers, Fla., owned by her mother.
This followed a stint on "Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew," where she
declared herself clean from drugs. She is the fifth celebrity appearing
on that show to have died.

Also that year, McCready was charged in Arizona with hindering
prosecution and unlawful use of transportation. Those charges stemmed
from an alleged attempt in June 2005 to purchase two high performance
boats, but she claimed she was trying to stop a con man.
In July 2007, she was arrested in her hometown of Fort Myers, Fla., on
misdemeanor charges of scratching her mother on the face during a
scuffle and resisting sheriff's deputies.
She made headlines
again in April 2008 when she acknowledged a longtime
relationship with baseball great Roger Clemens. Published reports at the
time said she met the pitcher at a Florida karaoke bar when she was 15
and he was 28 and married.
In June 2008, McCready was arrested and charged with violating her
probation, specifically falsifying her community service records
relating to the 2004 drug charge. A month later, she entered an extended
care facility for undisclosed treatment, and followed that with a 60-day
jail sentence in the Williamson County jail.
Growing up in Fort Myers, she took seven years of private vocal lessons
and later sang in karaoke bars.
After getting her recording contract, she did concert appearances with
top country stars including George Strait, Tim McGraw and Alan Jackson.
Her other singles included "Maybe He'll Notice Her Now," "A Girl's Gotta
Do (What a Girl's Gotta Do)" and "You'll Never Know."
In 1998, she was engaged to actor Dean Cain, but they never married.
If there had been Academic oversight of that celebrity show would have been not
only protected from News Rape but also she would have been seen unfit to be a
celebrity and that could have saved her life and provided a healthier mental
health to her and her fans as well.
One of the reasons why she could have been targeted by criminal media to use her
as a tortured celebrity is because she stood up for the feminist cause with her
song. All the other tragedies could have been provoked by the mafia in an effort
to destroy her.
The saddest thing is the way the media raped her. News about her personal life
that she never authorized at all that devastated not only her friends (which
could have led to the suicide of her friend provided he did suicide) but it had
devastated her sanity.
It's totally horrible and inhumane how the criminal media rape celebrities for
profit in the United States. She needed help, she had to be removed from the
media to be able to heal, she was not removed, the media destroyed her sanity
until she committed suicide or perhaps was killed, the point is she ended her
days as a very profitable tragedy for the rape media.

(CNN) -- They seemed so triumphant at the time, the lyrics to country

Born Malinda McCready, she burst onto the music scene in 1996 with her
debut album, "Ten Thousand Angels."
It sold more than 2 million copies. Her chart-topping hit "Guys Do It

In all, she put 14 songs and six of her albums on the Billboard country
But through it all, she was spiraling downward; the final fall was
painful and precipitous.
She struggled, often publicly, with addiction and mental illness.
In 2004, McCready was placed on three years' probation after she pleaded
guilty to fraudulently obtaining the painkiller OxyContin at a pharmacy.
The next year, she was arrested in Nashville for drunken driving, and
was allegedly beaten and choked by ex-boyfriend Billy McKnight, who was
charged with attempted murder.
"Yes, things have been going bad," she told CNN in 2005. "I think it's
God's way of getting my attention, saying, 'You better wake up, girl. I
have important stuff for you to do in life,' and I've definitely been
preoccupied or sidetracked doing the wrong things."
Before 2005 ended, McCready had suffered two drug overdoses,
arrested on drug charges, was pregnant with McKnight's child and,
authorities say, attempted suicide.
She attempted suicide again in 2008, authorities say, and
again on drugs in 2010 before joining the cast of VH1's "Celebrity Rehab
with Dr. Drew." The reality show chronicles the lives of celebrities as
they're treated for alcohol and drug addiction.

Dr. Drew Pinsky said he contacted McCready last month after her
"When I heard she was struggling, I did reach out to her and urged her
to go to take care of herself, get in a facility if she felt she
needed," said Pinsky, who hosts a program on CNN's sister network HLN.
"Her biggest fear was the stigma of doing so and what people would think
if she, God forbid, took care of herself. And this to me is the most
distressing part of this story. She is a lovely woman, we have lost her,
and it didn't have to go down like this."
On one episode of the show, McCready performed "I'm Still Here,"
dedicating it to the other cast members, who included Dennis Rodman,
Heidi Fleiss and Mackenzie Phillips.
"When I was writing this song, I was in jail," the singer said
tearfully. "I never knew it, but I was writing for all of you."
In recent years, McCready had waged a public battle for custody of her
elder son, Zander, whose father is McKnight.

A judge ordered authorities to pick up the boy and, days later,
authorities found the boy and McCready in a closet at her home.
In addition to her relationship with McKnight, McCready had romances
with musician David Malloy and actor Dean Cain; she also said she had
had an affair with baseball player Roger Clemens, which he didn't
confirm or deny.
But Clemens did issue a statement Monday from training camp with the
Houston Astros in Kissimmee, Florida. "Yes, this is sad news," he said.
"I had heard over time that she was trying to get peace and direction in
her life. The few times that I had met her and her manager/agent they
were extremely nice."
In 2010, Vivid Entertainment released a porn video called "Mindy

man referred to as "Peter" and talking about her exploits with Clemens.
Sunday night, country music stars offered their condolences as
they learned of McCready's death.

she said. "Addiction is a disEASE & not a character flaw. When the pain

just so unbelieveable & so sad."

In her words
A year ago, McCready posted excerpts of a book she said was
upcoming about her life. She acknowledged a difficult upbringing,
personal problems and the challenges she faced turning her life around.
"I haven't had a hit in almost a decade," she wrote in January 2012 on
her official fan website. "I've spent my fortune, tarnished my public
view and made myself the brunt of punch line after punch line.
"I've been beaten, sued, robbed, arrested, jailed, and evicted.
"But I'm still here. With a handful of people that I know and trust, a
revived determination, and both middle fingers up in the air, I'm ready.
I've been here before. I'm a fighter. I'm down, but I'll never be out."
But Sunday, on the porch of her home, she may have changed her mind.
On Monday, McCready's publicist asked that the family be left alone.
"It is with the deepest sadness we say goodbye to an extraordinary and
gifted talent, a daughter, a mother and friend, Miss Mindy McCready,"
said Kat Atwood in a statement.
"Our attention at this time is devoted to the needs and care of Mindy's
family. As Mindy spent much of her life in the public eye, we
respectfully request your consideration and sensitivity to enable
friends and family this time of 'quiet.' "
McCready's "friends in music" are planning to organize a memorial in
Nashville, she said.
This is what the criminal media did to her:

view and made myself the brunt of punch line after punch line.
"I've been beaten, sued, robbed, arrested, jailed, and evicted.
Her personal tragedy turned into a profitable business without her consent, and

McCready goes public with her battle with drugs and alcohol, signing on

The same year, Vivid Entertainment announces the release of "Mindy

of her son.

The two are found hiding in a closet in a home in Arkansas.
McCready and record producer David Wilson have a son, Zayne. By the end
of the year, she regains custody of her eldest son, Zander.
On January 13, McCready's boyfriend, David Wilson, dies of a reported
self-inflicted gunshot wound.
She enters court-ordered rehabilitation on February 6 after her two sons
are taken from her and placed in foster care. She is released two days
later with the understanding she will undergo outpatient care.
McCready is found dead Sunday, February 17, on the porch of her Heber
Springs, Arkansas, home apparently from a single, self-inflicted gunshot
wound in the same house where the man she once described as her "soulmate"
reportedly took his own life.
As you can see since the year 2004 she should have been found unsuitable for
fame and removed from the media on the grounds of her mental recovery. Already
by the year 2005 it was extremely clear she was not ready for fame and was
mentally ill. Any Academy would have removed her from the media attention for
her own safety so she could have a happy family. As we know that did not happen,
instead the criminal media took all the profit they could from her tragedy.
But most sick of all is the extremely perverse and insanely unethical attitude
of the Mafia Group of the Prostitution Industry Vivid Entertainment, that even
seeing the extremely delicate state of the person decided to rape her sexually,
a simple fact that could have been the decisive factor for the loss of her life
and a major blow to women in the United States.
It is extremely sick how they make a circus out of personal tragedies:

Porn Studio Slams Brakes
On Sex Tape
A major porn studio has pulled the plug on Mindy
McCready's sex tape -- immediately ceasing all DVD distribution
of the footage in the wake of the singer's suicide ... TMZ has learned.
Vivid Entertainment honcho Steve Hirsch
tells TMZ, the DVD distribution freeze is effective at once and will
continue indefinitely. The porn company currently has no plans to resume
The tape "Baseball Mistress" -- which features
McCready and her boyfriend at the time --
was originally released by Vivid in 2010, following the singer's
stint on "Celebrity Rehab." It's unclear when the actual
footage was shot.
In the tape, McCready discusses her alleged affair with married MLB
legend Roger Clemens ... hence the title.
McCready said she never authorized the tape's release.
As for digital distribution -- Hirsch said that's harder to regulate ...
but he plans to pull all digital copies of the video from the Vivid
As we reported, McCready was found dead at her home in Arkansas Sunday
after suffering what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound. She
She did not authorize that tape and even if she did she was not in a mental
condition to do so since she was CLEARLY severely
mentally ill. No one can authorize any sex tape if under mental illness and
there were very strong signs that she was very ill. That which Steve Hirsch did
is a CRIME. It is a BRUTAL
ACT OF RAPE on a mentally sick woman.
After all the horrors I just showed you that Mindy suffered and all the mental
illness, look what Steve said:
McCready's legal action to stop sex tape
Posted by: Shekhar Hooli Published: Wednesday, March 31, 2010, 15:20 [IST]
Washington (ANI): Country music singer Mindy McCready is said to be
thinking of taking legal action to stop an explicit sex tape of hers
from being released by Vivid Entertainment.
McCready, 34, apparently is
not aware of the production of the tape titled 'Baseball Mistress', and
never gave permission for its release.
“We are not aware of the production or release of the alleged film that
seems to have surfaced via various media reports," Fox News quoted her
attorney Adam Dread as saying in a statement. “However, we can confirm
that any illegally obtained property, and/or fabricated footage, and the
release thereof, will be dealt with swiftly following proper legal
procedure," he stated.
However, Steven Hirsch, founder/co-chairman of Vivid Entertainment,
isn't concerned about a possible lawsuit surrounding 'Baseball
Mistress'. “We acquired the McCready video awhile ago and feel
comfortable with our legal position to distribute it. You really have to
see it to believe it," Hirsch stated. “If Mindy wants to discuss the
video, she should feel free to contact me," he added.
This is extortion:
If Mindy wants to discuss the
video, she should feel free to contact me
First of all, there should not be ANY video at all
because in order to make a sex video first there has to be a certainty that she
was in a healthy state of mind and that was CLEARLY
not the case, in fact she was SEVERELY MENTALLY ILL.
and to sell a sex movie of a seriously mentally ill person goes beyond any human
justification other than criminal greed insanity.
And that was the story of a women raped by the criminal media, raped by the
Prostitution Industry and dead for the profit of a sick and twisted
It is interesting to see the links between the criminal Steven Hirsch and
FoxNews to understand what kind of "Conservative morals" Rupert Murdoch (NewsCorps
and FoxNews owner) is all about.
